Mr. Tariq Wazir, the sponsor of MY REIT Management Company, has an extensive background in real estate and construction management. His career includes significant roles such as DGM Admin, Construction & Procurement at Daewoo Corporation and Daewoo Engineering & Construction Limited, where he worked on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway. As an Advisor at SPARCO Construction Company from 2004 to 2018, he contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including the Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute in Lahore and various infrastructure developments across Pakistan. He has also been a Director and shareholder in Sitara Heights (Pvt.) Ltd. since 2019 and managed multiple projects as Managing Partner of ATA Enterprises from 2016 to 2022. Recently, he has taken leadership roles in newly registered companies Al Mani Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. and TAM Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. in 2023, and is overseeing a substantial development project with My Developers in DHA Multan.
